Maybe some day
I love the awards page. Love looking at the list of MVP's, Cy Young winners and top relievers over my league's history. I just wish we had the same type of page that allowed us to highlight the yearly statistical leader in a handful of offensive categories and pitching categories. Would be great if we were allowed to select what categories we want highlighted. I would love a yearly list of batting champions, home run leaders, OPS leader, strikeout leader(pitcher) Etc.

OOTP History has needed an extreme makeover for a long time. So much missing that should be captured.

what would be really great is if partnered with Stathead (beyond offering a discount) and figured out a way to import the CSV exports into a db so we could have the same filtering/searching capabilities as that site. The data is there...but the front end is understandably time consuming so instead of investing precious dev time and reinventing the wheel, maybe stathead has an API or something that Markus et al could utilize.

I think they have huge improvements in store for financials for 24. If so, I plan on doing a ton of testing. My goal is to test for maybe 17 versions and then I will start a league when OOTP41 or 42 comes out.

I don’t think the data are quite all there for a DB export. I've tried to recreate some of the starting and relieving stats that BBRef has for instance and have struck out. Most of it is and tbh I think this would be better served by being in-game somewhere anyway.

Maybe someday they'll stop using their harsh save system, and I won't have an apoplexy when all my hard work for months on a fictional league is destroyed because I misclicked and didn't use my normal crtl-alt-del to get of the game.
