How do you get imported historical players in the initial draft?

How do you get imported historical players in the initial draft when starting a league? I imported players, but they did not show up in the initial draft.

Also, how or can you change the draft order?

Looks like that's not working properly at the moment - we added a fix recently to include created players in the initial draft, but it doesn't seem to be applied to imported historical players. I'll see if we can get that changed.
