Random debut with recalc off fielding issue

I know the bug fixing period of 23 is over, but this might be something that needs looking at for 24.

Random debut league started in 1988. League set to use OOTP development engine only, recalc off. TCR set to 1. I have pitching and fielding set to use Entire Career. Only way to assure guys like Dale Murphy don't end up being a catcher for their entire career.

I am seeing a lot of strange stuff in regards to current day MLB players fielding ratings. Examples, Trevor Story imports without a position. He isn't a SS or a 2B, he just exists. Matt Chapman played all of the 1988 season at 1B a position he's never played. Easy to know he could play 1B, but the guy is a GG at 3B, so it made me scratch my head. A 24 year old Tim Anderson is rated 2 at SS and is his teams DH. Luis Arreaz is a DH as his fielding ratings are extremely bad. Nick Madrigal is a rated a red 1 at 2B and is being used as a DH as well.

Hey David,

I know our historical importing is always being looked at and edited to make sure it's working. I'll definitely try to mimic your setup and see if I can notice the same issue with 24. If it is we'll definitely want to get that fixed.
