EarlyDoors Bat Boy Join Date: Mar 2012 Posts: 5	Learning the ropes I'm manager of the San Jose Giants in the California A League who I think are a pretty good team. I'm expected to finish above .500 but its early May and I'm already 7 games back. My scout thinks I've got better players than my opponents but my guys aren't showing it. What's the single most important thing I can do to improve my results?
