Accomplishments | Complete History - Not Updating

For some reason, in all versions of ootp (including 25) my Complete History tab within Accomplishments, isn't getting updated as you'd expect. In the sample screenshot you see that Brandon Belt has resigned with the Giants. You'd expect that the signing would be listed in his Complete History tab but it is not. I also shared a screenshot of my database settings in case that helps anybody troubleshoot.

I notice you're in Challenge Mode. Does this only happen there, or do you see this in the regular mode as well?
