Playoff closer AI

I don't know if it's outright a bug but I've noticed for at least the last few versions that the managerial AI will go to a closer in any tie game or small lead during the playoffs in the 8th inning and try to get two innings out of them. It's just been really strange to me. Unless the closer has been used so much he literally can't pitch, the AI will go to him in the 8th every single time.
For that matter, the AI also seemingly will just perform roster changes via DFA of someone on their playoff roster mid-series without an injury occurring. I don't know how this is possible but it's happened several times to me
