Feeder leagues use Potential ratings for player performance instead of Current - make it optional?
I've noticed that if you set a league as a feeder league, it automatically will use players' potential ratings to determine performance instead of their current ratings, which often results in freshmen dominating the league. Obviously, this isn't realistic, as it should take at least a year or two for most players to hit their stride, with juniors and seniors being the best. I think I can understand the rationale for this, but it would be nice if it were made optional - for me, I want to have the young players struggle or spend more time on the bench initially, before growing into their roles, rather than dominating immediately. With high TCR, it also has the effect of younger players performing better than older ones, as the older ones will tend to lose potential over time, while the younger players haven't been hit by negative TCR yet - and because the performance is based only on potential, the younger players end up performing better, and often their stats will get worse every year.
