Hi everyone,


I'm new with OOTP25 and trying to learn how to use the game, so I went to Youtube and I saw some videos about the game and notice that the players have all a photo during a game, but I don't, how come, how can I see the players pictures, thank you

use this link https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...86&postcount=2 download the files, and then stick the pictures in the photos folder in the Data folder (do not use folders make sure all pictures are in the parent folder) Path should be something "like" this D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 25\data\photos

Can you take a screenshot of your data folder and post it? Just so that we know you are going to the correct place?

First question - do you have facegen enabled in game setup?

When you start the game, on the main screen that first opens, click on settings, then on the FaceGen Tab and make sure the top drop down is set to enabled.

Once that is enabled, load your league and then go into league setup and click on the FaceGen Tab. There you can further fine tune your settings for how/which pictures display.

I'm at league setup and it's written Game Setup not available during real time sim

Finish the RTS, then go to setup.

You should tell us what version of the game you are playing. Are you using a Windows computer? Are you using an Apple computer? Are you running the program through the Steam application? Each one of these will store the photos a little differently.

I waited several hours and try it, I have the same message, I'm on a computer, Windows 10, I bought it from OOTP Developments

You keep saying "I don't have a folder called photo in my DATA folder". It is not in a subfolder called DATA unless you have the Steam version of the game, and you bought it from OOTP Developments.

To go directly to the correct place, go to the OOTP Main Screen (the title screen before you select a game type to play). Click on "Settings". A pop-up will appear. Hit the "troubleshooting" tab on the pop-up window. There will be a button that says "Open folder containing customizable data". That will take you directly to the place where the photos folder is. It is just under /pants. Can't miss it.

You have to go to the Scores & Schedule Page. If RTS is running, there will be a button along the top to "Finish Sim". Click that so the RTS ends.

Then try going to league setup.

LansdowneSt, I got the folder and I clicked on it and there is a folder called _readme.txt, what do I do next, what about the links on your message

Fill it with the download photo pack (not facegen) mod as per that packs instructions.

My files (in my signature block) are facegens. Do you want facegens or photos?

The facegen pack has .fg files that get dumped in the folder called "fg_files" but photopacks go in photos. I realize it is confusing when I respond to photo questions because I do so many facegens.

I download the file like Twins explain in his video, now I have a file name MLB players in photo, I can see the pictures, but when I open a game there is no picture of any player, I am playing games from 1994, Houston vs Atlanta

RTS = realtimesim. You mentioned realtimesim was running when you were in league setup.
