Help Resources Pop Up Box

I was trying to pull up the in-game manual (if that even exists anymore), and accidentally clicked on Help Resources. Now the dialogue box won't close. I'd really like to find a way to close it without losing my unsaved progress.

having the same issue here. Found a topic from March 2024, however there was no mention of a resolution or help.
