With deeper player ratings and esp. the development lab you have in 2025 I would say it's one of the more substantial updates in recent years. I'm playing since 21 and have all four games since then. Would not want to miss what 25 added.

Having said that, I'd wait for 26 see what it adds and then decide between 25 and 26.

It costs less than a sandwich right now at 80% off. It is well worth it. The historical results are much improved too imo over 24.

This is spot on. The cost of the game is easily the best bang for your buck on almost any purchase you can make as you will get hundreds of hours with this game making the cost per minute played cheaper than buying a meme coin...

I am still on v23 but with the $9.99 sale, I am finally going to make the move to v25. Great price for a well-developed game -- don't think I can go wrong at that price.

A few months ago I spent a lot of time migrating all of my leagues from OOTP14 to OOTP22. I then bought OOTP25.

We are going to buy a new computer soon, so my next step will be to unlicense 22 and 25, and install them on the new computer.

Is 25 enough of an improvement over 22 to take the time to migrate all of my leagues to 25?

Are there any remaining major bugs or concerns with OOTP25?

I play mostly fictional.

In the move to OOTP25 they expanded the engine ratings (seen in the player editor) so that there was less compression toward the middle. I'd covert over the offseason like the manuals advise and pay mind to this sticky for the move from 24 to 25.

When you have to do the unlicense thing, I told someone else the steps in Post 2 here, in case you need it:
