Newbie Question

Hi,

I'm thinking about reporting on my fictional league in the Dynasty forum, but noticed I can't post any attachments. Am I doing something wrong, or is there some kind of waiting period before I can do that?

In the text box you type in here, glance below it and look for "Go advanced" as a button. Hit that. Now below the text box, you should see "Manage attachments". Click that and you can then navigate to the file you wish to upload like screenshots, etc.

Yeah, new posters can't post attachments for some reason. Could you do us a favour and make a few more posts and check after each one to see if you can then post attachments? My guess is it's at a certain post count that you can start posting them, but maybe it's some time since your forum registration date.

Okay, it must be a timed restriction because I'm sure I must have seen users with less than 10 posts post an attachment before. I'll try again at some different intervals and see when it allows me. I always wondered what the restriction was...

Cool. After my 4th post I got the option for attachments, but I agree it must be some kind of timer (how long I'm signed in?)

In any case, thank you for looking into it - and I'll start putting my league in order to post

Ahh, yeah, I see it now too (right away after logging back in). So that was less than 15 minutes after registration. Maybe it's 10 minutes? Whatever it is, it's good to finally know.
