Is this possible?

I'd like to create a world league where only citizens of each individual country are eligible to play for that team.

Or if that's not possible, draft is restricted by region (asia, europe, africa, etc) I thought I saw a setting a one point that set draft region but cannot find it again.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes. I used a Cuban League which does this.

I don't recall exactly where it is, but you would disable the ability for foreign-born players to be in the league.

Yeah iirc you go into league settings, the players tab, then you can make the players generated only from the country of that league.

Can I do this by team as well? Like a team from Bangladesh only gets players from Bangladesh, Dominican republic only from DR, USA only from USA etc or can you only set it for the whole league?

Under League Settings --> Rules there is an option to set the "Foreign Players on the Active Roster Limit".

If you Enable that (i.e. choose any option other than "No Limit") then there will appear some secondary drop-down options including one titled "Base Limit On" with the option being either "League Nationality" or "Team Nationality".
