edit [WHL] teams structure

in FHM11, is there a way to move the Penticton Vees from the BCHL to the WHL ? and if so can it only be done if the season is on July 1st?

same applies for AJHL teams that need to be moved into the BCHL to replace Penticton

No and any league that can be edited can only be done on July 1.
