REDS DROP OPENER TO THE CARDS 6-2. AARON HARANG GAVE UP 5 RUNS IN THE 2ND AND THE REDS COULD NEVER CATCH UP FROM THERE. HARANG WENT 3 INNINGS GIVING UP 5 RUNS WITH 6 STRIKEOUTS. ADAM WAINWRIGHT WAS THE WINNING PITCHER, GOING 7 GIVING UP JUST 2 RUNS. RYAN FRANKLIN GOT THE LAST 2 OUTS FOR HIS 1ST SAVE.
