Creating Custom Game ??

I would like to create my own "favorite player" team and play against all "real" teams from the 1993 MLB season. I do not want the other teams to go through the draft process. Is there a way to create my team and then insert into the 1993 season (deleting one "existing" real team) and play vs. the other MLB teams as they really existed?
(I am familiar with using the format to draft players ie. berrayo01.)
