Most regional sets -- I have no idea what percentage -- are at the very least listed in the Trading Card Database. Most are pictured as well, but some of them, despite their relative newness, are almost impossible outside of the giveaway area.
Besides the ones you mention, a couple of regional sets I thought were cool to collect or merely find include the 40-card 1984 Stuarts Expos, which includes Pete Rose and a nice shot of Derrel Thomas during his brief stay. The 20-card Pepsi Red Sox of 1990 (made by Score) were a tough pull because individual cards were only given out one at a time in sealed 12-packs.
