One of the reasons I set the Talent Change Randomness in the league was to help prevent dynasties from forming. For my league, I will get tired of it if it were to have the same teams always winning. Now, it looks as though that is partially happening with some teams being perennial playoff participants, but I did take a peek through the looking glass to see if my hope was realistic. That seems to be the case!
On the negative side, some of the stars will quickly fall off a cliff and some people who did nothing before will suddenly become stars. I will just have to accept that some of my favorite players will be nobodies soon! However, some more may never experience a stat drop until the "natural" age in their 30s. I may have to peek into the future a few more times just to see if there are statistical outliers who remain at the top, or if most players end up like Bryan Assman, from superstar to meh.
