For some reason my Jack Harper didn't look like your Before image, but like the Healthier-Zombie-But-Unhealthy-Human I posted above. I did tell the game to force update all facegens after putting in the latest full pack, but maybe there was an older one taking precedence.
EDIT: I see my issue. I was using harper003joh instead of harper003cha.
