Deleting Leagues - Crash Bug

From the Load Game dialog, you can click on a league and delete. When it has completed, the list isn't updated properly - the remaining leagues in the list all move up one, but it's original entry is still displayed.

e.g.

League One
League Two
League Three
League Four

After deleting League One, the list appears as:

League Two
League Three
League Four
League Four

If you delete these in order (Two, Three and Four), the list displays:

League Four
League Four
League Four
League Four

If you then try and delete League Four for a second time, you get a Windows error dialog and crash to desktop.

This has been fixed in the first patch.
