Editor Bug

I was messing around with the editor, and I was editing the "Handle Rookies" rating of a manager. I changed it from 60 to 100, but when I looked at the ratings screen, it was the Handle Veterans rating that went higher, not the Handle Rookies.

It's happening with every coach in every league for me. I just open the editor, chance the "Handle Rookie" rating to whatever number I want it to be, and when I press the back button, the "Handle Veteran" rating on the personnel screen is whatever I just changed the Handle Rookie rating to, and the Handle Rookie rating is unchanged. For instance, I just went to double check, and I opened a random Single A manager's profile. His Handle Rookie rating was 70 and his handle Veteran rating was 65. I changed the Handle Rookie rating to 200 and left the Handle Vet rating at 65. When I clicked the back button his Handle Veteran rating was displayed as 20, and his handle rookie rating was still 7. I don't know if I can get more concrete than that-just open the editor and change the Handle Rookie or Handle Vet rating and check its' effect on the personnel screen.
