Double switch issues
When you perform a double switch, it would be nice if the AI would set incoming pitcher's default position to "P" instead of the position of the player he is replacing. OOTP6.5 did this for you and it helps to prevent you from accidently allowing a position player to pitch. Joe Torre served up a ballon to Tony Perez and lost me an extra inning game because I forgot to check the position of the closer, Taylor. Maybe an easy to avoid this is to have the AI run a routine prior to exiting the lineup screen in which the AI would ask you if you really wanted the position player to pitch if it detects a pitcher that is playing a fielding position.

Thanks. This is important. I've noted it for inclusion in TT.

Double switches have never been intuitive in OOTP. I had an issue the other day where as I dragged a reliever onto the mound, instead of taking the lineup place of the guy with '--' for a position, he took the place of the guy in the #9 spot.
