Illegal number of players on roster

I tried to search for this and could not find anything. I am in the second year of my league. I am managing a AA team in the AA World Series. I got two messages stating that two team have an illegl number of players on the roster with a number (2). The first message went away afer I simmed a day, but the other will not go away. The date is Sept 1, 1902. The team is Pittsburgh, they have a 25 man roster with around 4 guys injured.
