Adding minor leaguers to trade offers?

In the trade screen, I don't see how to add minor leaguers to your trade offer for either team. The teams showing only have the 25 active roster players showing.

Any tips on what I'm (hopefully) overlooking?

There should be a dropdown menu that selects the league from which you're choosing players.
