Teams in International League show up as American

Created a fictional league in Jamaica, but all the teams, despite their Jamaican city names, appear as USA.

Yeah, the nation is changing on options page. If you change nation to Jamaica, the Jamaican city/states pop up.

Probably should be patched.

This was TT 1462, and has been resolved in patch #1.
