Original logo stays regardless of logo file change

Ok this isn't uber critical but it is kind of annoying.

What would re-produce this:

-create a league. It will generate team names and logos that correspond.
-change the team name or not. It wont' make a difference.
-start the game. You'll see the standard round logo with the team abbreviation.
-change the team name to one where you have a logo that you want for that team. You'll find that it wont' change in game.
-replace the orioginal with one that youv'e created. You'll find in certain sections it'll change, but it other (most notiably the top heading), it won't.

Is this the way it's supposed to be? Because that's quite annoying.

You need to restart the game for logo changes to take effect. I don't see you doing this in your write-up.

It should change after you restart the game. We've been told that the game won't pick up any changes while it's running so I'm suprised that any of the logos changed for you.

ya it was kinda hit and miss for what it replaced, but restarting worked. Too bad there's that damn splash screen though to slow it down.

The splash screen can, be um...customized, too.

I thought I was the only one who did that.

Need something to look at while the game loads and that SI logo just wasn't cutting it!

Here is how I solve this problem.

1. Open the wrong logo in a graphics program like paint. Open the desired logo in the same program.

2. Copy the desired logo and paste it over the wrong logo.

3. Upon restarting the game, the correct logo should be there.

I have a set og logos that I copy when I redo my fictional league and there is always one team for some odd reason that refuses to use the new logo.

Hope this helps.

I had had the problem of some logos not loading properly (mostly getting squeezed). I opened them in Paint, saved them as .jpg, reopened the new file and resaved the .pngs. Worked for me!
