Akron has an illegal amount of players (7)
Thats the message I get, I filled the team with fictional rosters, then asked the AI to come up with lineups and all that stuff, but I still get this error. What else do I have to do?

I have the same problem, even after telling the computer to fill the rosters with players. This must be another bug

Is this happening in Lahman import, and then you added fictional players to flesh out your org, or is this just straight fictional?

This happened to me too. I had to restart my league because of this.

Have you all made sure you were looking at the right Akron? Sometimes the game will put multiple levels of minor leagues in the same city. Also, by any chance did you disband a team and then add one in? I've noticed that if you do this and don't rewrite the schedule, the computer will still try to play games with the defunct squad.
