Ask Bench Coach for all lineups

Whenever I click the above option, this clears all my lineups (maybe my coach/manager thinks all my players are useless!). Anyone else having a similar problem? Also, when I ask the manager/bench coach to suggest just one lineup, nothing at all happens. Anything I'm doing wrong?

Do you have your depth charts filled out?

If I don't have those done, usually I get nothing for lineups.

All depth charts must be filled in for the lineups to be set.
