Game Hangs on First Ammy Draft for Converted League

I converted over the good old WLB and the game seems to hang whenever it tries to generate a new rookie class. It doesn't matter when in the year it happens (March, June, November). The one thing that may be affecting it is that I have Coaches and Scouts off.

Note, I don't see this behavior in a custom league I set up which has Scouts and Coaches enabled. The ammy draft works fine in this case.

EDIT - tried turning scouts and coaches on in a new conversion with the same result.

Ben Music, any chance you hung onto this league file, or could replicate it? We haven't been able to do so here.

If you do have the league file, please contact Marc Duffy and get the file to him, referencing TT# 1443.

FYI, this is TT#1443.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or can you confirm that it is still a problem after the patch?
