Waivers Messed Up

I sign a Free Agent, I need to make room on my 40 man roster. I move someone to Designate for assigment w/o putting him on waivers, I add my new FA to my active roster. A day goes by and the player just designated into a minor league roster W/O having to clear waivers. This is not how the system should work. First a lot of veteran players have to give permission to be sent to the minors, secondly any player taken off the 40 man roster has to clear waivers I do believe. This needs to be looked at. I started with the Twins, w/o a draft, I was able to get the top two Free Agents and keep all my key veterans in the minors. Flawed system there. It seems very possible I may win the WS in my first year because of these flaws early in the season. Please look at this stuff.

Can you please confirm whether this problem occurred with the patched version of the game?

Yes this is with the 1.0.1 patch I am having these errors.
