1.02 Crashing after Watching Game- Historical League

After I "watch" another game and then I go to "manage" my team's game it crashes right after I push start game. Happens every time with my 1981 Historical League. I don't think I'll "watch" any more games again until this is fixed.

BTW, I've offerred one guy a "contract extention" and after two months he still hasn't answered me!

This is TT # 2156. I was able to replicate this issue as well.
