Confused owner - EXTRAORDINARILY long upload

Greetings fellow OOTP-goers,

Me and the commish of my league have encountered quite a problem. The file upload is taking well over 500 hours. We are using WS_FTP as our FTP program. We are not sure why it's taking so long and what exactly we should do in order to speed it up.

Any help is appreciated.

A bit more information is needed:

What type of connection?
What size is the file?

500 hours is like 21 days. The game hasnt been out that long.

I'm so sorry it took so long to get back to you on this issue.

Is this still an issue? If it is, please do provide some more information:

1. What is the total size of the reports you have generated?
2. Can you FTP them to the server with no problem with an external FTP tool?

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
