Still having problems with downloading software

When it gets to copying new files it says:
Error 1335: The babinet file 'Data1.cab' Required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error reading from the CD-ROM, or problem with this package.

when i hit ignore it will give a message:
Internal error 2350
Then it will cancel the installation

I have tried to download this countless times on all websites givin on email ALL do the same thing.

I have tried what i could still nothing but same error

I'll try to help, but your info is confusing. The download is a single self extracting file called ootp2006_setup_101.exe. You should save that to your HD then double click to install. It will suggest an installation directory, then extract and install.

The description above sounds like you are having an installation problem. Cab or cabinet files are usually found during installation. If this is so you should make sure that any partially installed folders and files are deleted before you re-try installation.

If this is not the case can you confirm what file you are downloading? I hope this helps.

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
