can't install license from CD

Hi,

Just recieved CD in mail. trying to install on my desktop, I have downloaded version on laptop. I key in order id that is on the CD, but it says its invalid order id, what to do?

entered the id just like it is on cd, it should not b this difficult

Bossman, you may need to contact ViaTech directly:

They, and not SI, handle everything related to the licensing of the product. Unfortunately, other than suggestions like TC gave, there's nothing we can do to troubleshoot this.

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
