Bug on Player Editor Page?

I've noticed when going into the editor page of a player that it says 'most ratings are based on 1-250'. But, from what I can tell I think it should read '200' not '250'. Has anyone else noticed this?

No, that's correct. The maximum value for certain ratings (in particular player skills) is 250.

Is 200-250 the difference between the "displayed" vs. "hidden" ratings that I think were in past versions?

In other words...200 PE rating would be a 100 rating(on 1-100 scale), but 250 PE rating would also read at 100, however the remaining ability is hidden from rating views.

Maybe I'm totally on something though...

Edit: I suppose I could try this later when I get home and potentially not post erroneously when I'm unsure.

Yes, that's exactly correct.
