Unable to Switch Ratings View to different Scouts in Team Tabs

I have installed the patch...

In the Team screen under the Roster, Pitching, Lineups, and Depth Charts Tab the layout is as follows:

Views, Filter, Position, Stats Scope, Scouting

The Bug that I am having an issue with is when I select the Scouting drop down it pops out the drop down for the Splits.. ie... instead of having choices such as SISA, Scout X, Scout y, etc... the choices are Overall, January, February, etc...

I have attempted to quit the game and re load to see if this will correct itself and was unsuccessful. Attached are two pictures that illustrate the issue:

Can you confirm the build # that appears in the lower left of the "main screen" (the one that shows up when you launch the game)?

I posted on this before the patch and it remains the same after the patch. I'm pretty sure it happens when you create a custom view that combines ratings with stats (which I like to do). When you do that, the scouting button sits on top of the splits button, with the splits button becoming the only one functional.

The temporary work-around is to switch to one of the standard views, change scouts, then switch back.

I tried to create a new view, after following the instructions to delete the folder in the patch notes.
Then it happened, the Stats Splits/Scouting by buttons are now overlapped. No matter where I clicked around the two bottons, I got to choose the fields from stat splits and never the scouted by list.
Just a note, please fix it. I don't want to get stuck with those inaccurate SISA scouts.

Satanic, this was discussed yesterday and I think they are going to address it. The problem occurs when you create a custom view that mixes ratings with stats (as yours has clearly done). When that happens, the scouting button sits on top of the splits button, but only the splits button is active. As a temporary workaround, simply switch the view to one of the standards, change your scout, and then switch back.

Worse, this takes away fuctionality of the button. No matter where you press, I get this:

This has persisted through the patches, including patch 2. It has happened in every league I have run.

Do you think you try to uninstall and then try a clean installation to see if this persists? I don't know how wide-spread this issue could be but I can defintely be sure that it hasn' shown like this for me. It could be a problem with the skins as well, which the next patch seems to be including some items directly affecing skins. Hopfully a fresh install or the next patch does the trick.

On your advice, I did a total reinstall and changed to a different skin. Unfortunately, no change, either on old save games or on totally new leagues.

Guys, unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved at this time. The issue only occurs when you are using a custom view that includes both ratings and statistics.

This will be looked at again for 2007, but at this time we cannot resolve this issue.

The best workaround is something like this:

1. Check a standard ratings view, and set Scouting to the desired scout
2. Change to your custom view.

You will not be able to change the scout from here, but you should have already selected the correct scout.

I'm sorry I don't have better news on this at this time.
