template fails to save the state of "inaugural draft" option

Subject says it all...the "Hold Inaugural Fantasy Draft" checkmark is always disabled in a loaded template, even if it was enabled when the template was saved. Minor problem of course, but maybe worth looking into, just in case other options aren't getting saved properly, too.

I was just playing around with the World template option (Thank you again for this great and needed feature.

Anyhoo, I noticed that I would tick off the hold draft option under for the inaugural draft, save the template, and when I start up the game, load the template up again, the box is unchecked again.

It is relatively minor, but needs to be fixed nonetheless.
