BUG: Roster Expansion Date

I wasn't able to locate this in the logged issues thread.

I'm trying to run a league based in the Southern Hemisphere, so I wanted to change the season to run during their summer (Oct-Apr), however I cannot set the roster expansion date to the following year. Attaching a screenshot.

Is there a work-around (a way to manually change this config in a file somewhere)?

You can select the following year if you do it when you're creating the league (see screenshots).

Hmm, that's interesting, but it doesn't really help me, since I've already started the league (it's an online league and we've selected teams already). And I still believe it is a bug, since all the other settings are configurable for the following year during the pre-season (regular season start date, amateur draft, trading deadline).
