Stuck in Spring Training

It's the year 1908. In my fictional league, I expanded the schedule from 78 games to 108 games... and in addition, keep in mind while in Preseason, I dropped the start of the season back to a month earlier.

Now, the season progresses and I get to about the final games of the year, and then it says I'm in Spring Training and the 1908 season never completes. I say to hell with it, I'll just fabricate some story like you know something happened that year where baseball couldn't resume. Move onto 1909...and I autosim the entire year. The entire year passes with it saying I'm still in spring training.

I ended up actually autosimming to about 1915 before realizing that 1908 was the last time regular season games were played.

Is there something I can do to automatically end this Spring Training mode I'm stuck in?

I've had this happen once before as well.

Deleted the league (stupidly) and tried to recreate it, was never able to, so I never posted it.

I apologize that it has taken so long for you to get an official response. By now you have probably scrapped this league and moved on to another one. If you can help me recreate this problem so I can get this logged as a bug, please let me know. Thanks.
