Nations not loading right

Hello, I did a search and didn't see anyone report this so I hope I am the first.

I adjusted the nations file before creating my own custom league, and when I loaded it I found a nation (Aruba) was assigned a baseball quality rating higher than I wanted. I marked it down in the text file and loaded the league template again. Aruba still has the same baseball quality as it did in the first place. Do I have to recreate my baseball world from scratch in order for the changes to take? Please help

Yes, you'll have to recreate from scratch. I believe that if you make any changes to any of the text files (nations, cities, names, etc.) the game creates .dat files and uses those for any future player creations in that game/world.
