Nickname strangeness

Though this is currently happening in a universe where I'm using Questdog's names, I've seen this happen elsewhere, where I give someone a nickname not listed in the nickname file and then it suddenly starts showing up at random, often incomplete and usually pretty frequently. For instance, I gave one pitcher the nickname "Untouchable" and that nickname (in a universe where I left the Nicknames file blank) started showing up everywhere, including in partial form (i.e. John "Untou" Smith). It's mighty weird.

I'm very sorry it took us so long to respond to this thread.

Can you tell me a little bit more about this situation? Most importantly, are you using the latest version of the game, 1.0.3? This is a problem that we saw occurring with some of the earlier patch releases or games that were created in earlier patch releases. In other words, applying the 1.0.3 patch wasn't able to "fix" leagues that were created earlier.

I suspect that if you create a brand new 1.0.3 league using Questdog's nicknames, you will not run into the same issue.
