Can't Install licence VVV FRUSTRATING!!

Dont mean to gripe but for some reason after spending ages downloading, it won't let me install the licence saying.

Retrieval of licence failiure code =-12

SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Email confirming purchase.

disable your firewall and then install. It is a communication error.
