Canceling ADD LEAGUE adds Fictional Baseball League

Not sure if this has been reported (if so, I apologize)...

If, after starting a game (Im 2 seasons in), you hit ADD LEAGUE, and then Cancel it out before setting it up...

it records a Fictional Baseball League in the History Home page.
