2979 - StandardMAL Quickstart

Minor bug, but still...

I built a league using the StandardMAL quickstart.

"A standard league matching real-world major league structure and rules. Fictional players, and complete with 13 levels of minor leagues. Not for rookies!"

2 leagues, 2 divisions, 16 total teams, no minors (that I can find). Am I missing something here? That's not quite the league set-up I was expecting.

If I select the quickstart "StandardMAL.quick", the description advertises 13 levels of minor leagues. However, when I load the quickstart, the parent league is the only one available.
