The new patch says:
- New command line parameter 'nofacegen'. Disables Facegen when added to command line. Just HOW do you do this???? Thanks. JP |

Ok, it's been a while since i've used a PC, but, I think you right click on the OOTP icon on your desktop, go to properties, and type in 'nofacegen' in the "command line". The command line, I believe is a text box that tells the computer which file to open when you click the shortcut.
I know I'm close, maybe a PC geek can help more, but I tried. |

Bit different depending on the OS you're using.
In Windows XP, right click on the shortcut (either on desktop or in Start Menu) and click on Properties. Click on the Shortcut tab. Add nofacegen to the very end of the Target line, after the last " in that line. OOTP will then run with Facegen disabled. Other Windows OSes are similar to that.
