Having a problem getting into the game?

Just after I downloaded the game and paid for it. I restarted the computer after it was fully downloaded then when i tried to open it this came up.

Fatal Application Exit
unable to open graphics. Make sure your screen resolution is 1024*768 and that your windows taskbar is not set to always remain on top.. And ive tried to change the screen but mine doesn't go up that high. And ive never had this problem with anything before. So i was wondering if maybe that something happened during downloading or anything.So i hope someone can help me or else I would have wasted 34.99 because there is no way i can open it unless someone helps me. And i really want to get into a league so bad. So if anyone knows what I should do can you please email me at surfsoccer842001@yahoo.com . I tried to email support but they said that they no longer are the line of support. So they were useless. Thanks for your time. I will really appreciate everyones help.

Forget that one. I tried to redownload it. Now everytime i try to get into the game it keeps on bringing up the installshield to modify or fix something. and it wont ever stop ive modified everything then clicked onto it, with it starting all over. So i don't know what to do besides get very angry. Someone please be my savior.

Are you sure you're starting the game exe? Sounds like you're trying to "play" the installer file...

We'll try to get you back on track. Did you get the initial error message during installation, or when you attempted to start the game after install...?

The minimum system requirements:

Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista Recommended Windows XP or Vista
1 GHz processor 2.2 GHz processor
1024 x 768 screen resolution
400 MB free hard disk space
256 MB RAM

Where did you get those minimum system requirements?

Does the game now work under Windows 98?

Do you have an ATI card? And if so did you download the most recent drivers in the past couple of weeks? I'm running Vista, and the moment that I put on the latest Radeon drivers, I started getting the same error messages.

Those were for 2006. 2007 was given the same assessment.

Sorry, Fidel, but it was not. 2007 DOES NOT SUPPORT Windows 98. Ask Andreas.
