User data not found

Hello everyone.
I'm new to this game. I downloaded it and picked another database to have the real players names. But when I wanted to start playing, I had an error message saying "The user data folder could not be found. Please reinstall OOTP Baseball 2007".
I reinstalled the whole file but it didn't resolve the problem. Could you please help me with that matter.
