Online Setup - Test Connection

Version 2.0.2.53
Platform: Windows XP Pro (PC)

What were you doing? League Setup==> ONLINE SETUP===> test connection
What happened?

OOTP sucessfully connects to FTP server.

OOTP cannot open Player Exports folder
OOTP cannot open Reports folder.

Port = 21
Paths correct, Uersname & PWD correct.

Folders created and the username has been given read/write permissions to the folders.

WHY WON'T THIS WORK??????????????????????????????????????

Reproducible? Yes
Problem occurs with other leagues? unknown

The only time I've seen this is when the Reports and Export folders were in the wrong location. Can you give us more information about where these folders exist on your web server and what the "root" folder is for the FTP account you're using?

Along with what Stu wrong, could you post a screenshot, or list the specific values you have entered in the different fields on the online test screen?
