Where is the settings file?

Everytime I reinstall the program the settings are the same. I have a data path problem and why I unistall all the settings stay identical. Where is the part where I can delete this settings file?

check in C:\documents and settings, your login, Application Data\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\config

Ex: C:\Documents and Settings\Koo\Application Data\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\config
