Unknown sub-league in PCL
Starting a standard MLB setup and running through a few seasons, I exported the csv files so I could test my import routine, and I found that for league ID 11 in league_history.csv there were lines for sub-league 0 and sub-league 1. Sub League 0 had a best hitter and best pitcher but no best fielders set.
The league_history_batting_stats.csv file also had spurious lines for this sub-league of the PCL where every value was 0, as did league_history_pitching_stats.csv

I have noticed that when I create a game from OOTP's MLB template, the PCL history pages don't display properly. The list of championship winners only lists one of the two finalists- not always the winner. There are also links to 'American Conference Awards' and 'Pacific Conference Awards', which both take me to the same page (American Conference awards). I wonder if this would be related?
I recently reported this in a long and somewhat incoherent thread: ootpdevelopments.com/board/showthread.php?t=152270 |

This is a bit peculiar. I found what I thought was the base directory for a standard MLB setup. I loaded it up into my editor program and had a look around. The abbreviation for the Pacific Conference in the PCL is indeed AC, but also what I found is that the 8 teams in the PC are listed in the teams.dat as belonging to sub-league 0 (the AC). I edited the abbreviation to PC and changed the sub league for teams 53-60 to 1.
I started the game and chose new game, but when it brought it up, the abbreviation for the PC was still AC. I changed it in game to PC and started the first season. I'll report back when this first season has finished running to see whether I still have the same problems as I did before and whether the problems injury_log has seen are repeated.

Nope, that didn't solve the problem.
Can somebody confirm whether a standard mlb setup comes from the one in the quickstart directory or whether it's hardcoded inside the game?

I have no idea. I suppose that you could move the quickstart directory temporarily and then give it a shot?
