question on joining a new league

I have just downloaded the new game and I am trying to join the UBL league. How do I download the latest file from that league?

You need to download the league files from the commissioner outside of the game to start. Updates would then normally be handled in-game. Talk to your commissioner about how he specifically runs things.

Do you need any further assistance?
